Celebrate the holiday season on Foster Road with some hot cocoa and old-fashioned caroling. Join local businesses, neighbors, friends, and Franklin High School band & choir students as we warm up with hot cocoa and listen to holiday songs.

The Foster Area Business Association is happy to partner with Pieper Cafe to provide free hot cocoa to the community (while supplies last) on Sunday, December 14, from 4:00 - 5:30pm. We will be joined by Franklin High School band & choir students, who will sing, play music, and bring holiday cheer to the business district.

December 14 is also the final day to turn in Foster Business BINGO cards for a chance to win up to $100 in local gift cards. Turn in your card to the FABA table at Pieper Cafe during the event for a bonus raffle entry.
